1. Fishin' For Woos

Feature

Ships in Certified Frustration-Free Packaging

Description

Bowling for Soup has become a worldwide phenomenon with a string of hit singles (including 'High
School Never Ends,' 'Girl All The Bad Guys Want,' and the MTV and radio smash '1985') to their credit.
The band is also a TV and movie-soundtrack juggernaut whose Emmy-nominated contribution to Disney's Phineas and Ferb is literally the most widely heard cartoon theme song on the planet.

Recorded at Valve Studio in the band's hometown of Dallas, TX, in late 2010, Bowling For Soup's 11th
studio album features the fun lovin' rock band at their very best! The band kicked off 2011 by performing
their lead single, the raucous party anthem 'S-S-S-Saturday,' to a worldwide audience at the Professional
Bowling Association's Tournament of Champions on ABC Television.

2. Lunch. Drunk. Love.

Description

In today s disposable music industry, a twenty year career is something almost unheard of. It takes a band with a big heart, a loyalty to one of the most varied group of fans ever and just a sheer love of making people smile to do it properly. It takes a band from Texas...that band isBowling For Soup.

Produced by Jarinus (Linus of Hollywood and Jaret Reddick), Lunch. Drunk. Love. is a completely fan funded album through PledgeMusic. The band were able to include their fans on the entire process from demos to recording and even allowed the fans to name the album through an online poll!

With heartfelt breakup songs like Since We Broke Up and Envy, upbeat pop-culture / name dropping songs that ONLY BFS can pull off such as Normal Chicks, and a surprising cover of the Edie Brickell and the New Bohemians song Circle, this could actually prove to be Bowling For Soup s most well rounded album to date...And it s number freakin 14 for these dudes!

9. Whiplash Splash

Feature

Shrink-wrapped

Description

Whiplash Splash is an assertive doubling down on the power pop hooks and punk rock flair issued by California duo The Dollyrots. Tracking much of the raw performances of this 6th studio effort themselves, the band once again enlists Producer John Fields to add polish to Kelly Ogden's vocals and craft a radio-ready mix. The resulting 13 songs exude authenticity and shift between breakneck tempo changes (Babbling Idiot), extreme loud/soft dynamics (Mermaid) and bubblegummy melodic three-chord punk (I Do). Recorded during singer/bassist Ogden's pregnancy with her and guitarist Luis Cabezas' second child, Whiplash Splash is The Dollyrots' first studio LP since 2014's Barefoot and Pregnant and follows two Top 20 peaks on Billboard's Heatseekers Chart. Standout tracks include guest vocals by Kay Hanley of Letters to Cleo (Just Because I'm Blonde), Jaret Reddick of Bowling For Soup (Other Trucker), and a modernized buzzsaw-guitar cover of Katrina and the Waves' Walking On Sunshine. As a whole, the record fits sonically between any modern pop-punk and guitar goddess rock & roll... with a hint of Ronnie Spector.
