1. Do not works with BT home hub 6?
Once you turn off-on the bulb 3 times it flashes quick, then if you turn off and on again 3 times (so 6 in total) then it will flash slowly. Add the device in AP mode while flashing slow. Then it will works.
2. Do not work with Virgin network?
Just remove the 5ghz channel leaving just the 2.4ghz, which sounded daunting but was actually very simple, instructions are on virgin website, the smart bulb will connected and alexa will discover them(once discovered you can then add the 5ghz back on).
