STEP 2:Put our sprouting lids over the jar, Sock the beans for 8-12hours at room temperature.
STEP 3:In the morning, strain off the water. This is easily done with a sprouting lid. Rinse well with filtered water and drain again.
STEP 4:Place the jar away from sunlight upside-down at an angle.
